How much is postage?
If you live in Australia, standard postage is FREE!
Regardless of whether you are ordering a greeting card, fine art print or original framed painting, all postage within Australia is free of charge.
We also post internationally, the cost of shipping will be calculated at the checkout. You can email prior to purchase to find out how much postage will be for your country.
Where are you prints made?
All Gicleé prints are made in Adelaide. It is important for me to support local business. I have found the best in the biz locally and that’s where all my printing is done. These guys are specialists in their field and the colour matching and print grade is museum quality.
Once printed, I take the prints back to my Adelaide Hills studio to hand finish each one individually. Metallic gold and silver, fluorescent pink and yellow, unique pigments that cannot be printed are all detailed by hand, one at a time.
I have found that this is the best way to get the prints looking as close to the original painting as possible. Plus, it means each piece is totally unique!
Are all prints numbered?
Yes.
All prints are signed, dated and numbered on the back, both limited and open editions.

What happens when a limited edition print is sold out?
Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Limited edition print runs are exactly that - limited! If you have your eye on something, be quick. Once a limited edition print is sold out, I can not, and will not, print another. No matter how much you pay me.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
How long is delivery?
Please allow 5-10 business days for all original paintings and cards.
As all prints are made to order, please allow around two to three weeks for them to be delivered.
How will my order be shipped?
All print and card orders are sent through Australia Post.
Prints are rolled and sent in mailing tubes, and cards are sent in rigid mailers or a box depending on the amount ordered.
Original paintings are sent to you framed ready to hang. They are carefully packaged in large boxes with plenty of padding.
Returns and Exchanges.
There is no refund for simply change of mind, however you can exchange.
The item must be returned in perfect condition and postage is at your expense.
